Membership FAQs
What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
We will try and record the live sessions and make them available to all members, however, some of the discussion may be personal and we will not record those elements of the session. We see the live sessions as a core element of the membership, therefore we would strongly recommend that you try and make the time to attend in person.
How much time do I need to dedicate?
The beauty of a membership, is that you can work at your own pace and engage as much or as little as you want.
I love the idea of a community of like-minded people. Can I connect with other members outside the live sessions?
Yes, we will have a private members area where you can connect, encourage and support each other. There are community guidelines to ensure that we create a safe and supportive space, Anyone who breaches the guidelines will be removed from the online community and may have their membership revoked.
Why do platinum members have to pay in three month blocks?
This is because the platinum membership includes therapeutic coaching sessions. The payment plan mirrors our therapeutic coaching payment terms (see below), and ensures that there is sufficient time to build the trusting relationship that is required to do the deeper work that is a core part of therapeutic coaching.
Can you tell me more about the therapeutic coaching element of the platinum membership?
The coaching is one 60 minute virtual coaching session monthly. You can find out more about therapeutic coaching approach here, and there are some FAQs below.
Can I have standard membership and still book therapeutic coaching sessions on an ad-hoc basis?
Yes of course – you can book coaching in blocks of six at a discounted rate. These can take place at a frequency to suit you. We do not do single ad-hoc coaching sessions.
Do you have any materials that I can share with my organisation as part of my business case for them to fund my membership?
Yes, just drop us an email at beingfree@liberareconsulting.co.uk and we will provide you with materials to share with your organisation.
Can you invoice my organisation?
Yes we can provide a VAT invoice for your organisation, but you cannot start your membership until we have been paid (which can take time!). You will need to provide us with the organisation’s name, address, where to send the invoice and a Purchase Order number (if required).
Therapeutic Coaching FAQs
Why is coaching booked and paid in advance in six session blocks?
To ensure the best outcomes from therapeutic coaching, it’s essential to build a trusting relationship between the coach and the client. Booking sessions in blocks of six allows us to develop our relationship, build momentum, set measurable goals, and track progress over time. This approach also helps create continuity, as each session builds upon the last. Just as with any meaningful development work, change takes time and commitment; six sessions provide a solid foundation to make sustainable progress.
Paying in advance demonstrates a commitment to the process and your personal growth. It also allows both you and your coach to focus entirely on the work at hand, free from administrative tasks. This setup helps establish accountability and fosters a positive, productive partnership, paving the way for a transformative coaching experience.
Is the coaching face to face or virtual?
The coaching is virtual using Teams or Zoom
How long is a session?
Each session is one hour
Can you invoice my organisation?
