Executive Coaching Packages
We have a number of pre-defined executive coaching packages for our clients, or we can build a bespoke one that is perfect for your needs. All coaching is virtual or can be delivered face to face in London/Surrey.
Kickstarter
Intensive
Half day or
4 hours over 1-2 months
This package is for you if you want to dip your toe into executive coaching, or have a specific short-term challenge that you’d like some support with. This can be particularly helpful for individuals who are thinking of changing roles, or who have attended a leadership programme and want some support in applying their learning.
Mastering Momentum
Two half days or 8 hours over 6 months
This package is aimed at people who want to make some significant changes in a shorter timescale. This is often suitable for high potentials who want to develop specific skills, or people who are transitioning into a new role.
Total
Transformation
Four half days or 16 hours over 12 months
This is for people who really want to dig deep and achieve significant transformation in their lives. Working with your coach for a year will allow for a deep exploration of your challenges, and gives plenty of time in between sessions to experiment with new behaviours.
This can be delivered over half a day, or 4 hours spread over 1-2 months (2 hour first session followed by 2 x 1 hour sessions).
This can be delivered over two half day sessions, or 8 hours spread over 6 months (2 hour first session, followed by a 1 hour session per month for 6 months).
This executive coaching package can be delivered over four half days, or 16 hours spread over 12 months (2 hour first session followed by 14 x 1 hour sessions over 12 months).
