The Inclusive Team Diagnostic
The Inclusive Team diagnostic is an online 50-question survey that measures all five clusters and ten sub-clusters of The Inclusive Team model. It takes around 20 minutes to complete.
It is available in three versions:
1. Individual Version – this is for individuals to complete as part of an Inclusive Team training workshop. They will receive a report that summarises how they believe their team is performing on the 5 clusters and 10 sub-clusters of the Inclusive Team model.
2. Self Assessment version – this a self-assessment which allows team members to understand how they personally contribute to creating a more inclusive and high performing team.
3. Team Version – this is for intact teams, where all team members complete the survey. They receive an aggregate report showing the average scores which shows how the team think they are performing on the 5 clusters and 10 sub-clusters of the Inclusive Team model. Download the sample report here.
The diagnostic is only available to experienced DEI, L&D or Team Development professionals who complete The Inclusive Team Programme outlined below.

The Inclusive Team Accreditation Programme
This Programme is a series of online modules that builds upon the information shared in The Inclusive Teams book and will focus on use of the model and diagnostic to facilitate the development of inclusive high performing teams.
It is designed for DEI, L&D or Team Development professionals who want to use The Inclusive Team diagnostic with a range of teams/clients.
Completion of the modules will accredit you to use the diagnostic and will give access to additional exercises, agendas, handouts and marketing materials.
You will also be added to the list of accredited users which Liberare Consulting will make available to clients who enquire about facilitators who work with The Inclusive Team model.
