Episode 13 - Rob Neil OBE - 'Involve to Evolve'

Rob Neil is a force of nature!

After 38 years in the UK Civil Service, where (among many things) he was a founding member of the MoJ’s BAME staff network and was asked to lead the MoJ’s Project Race.

Not content with that, he co-wrote his first book ‘The Key to Inclusion’ in 2022 and co-presents a fortnightly podcast called ‘Unfinished Business with Paul and Rob’

Oh and did I mention he has an OBE for services to race equality in the workplace and the community?

Episode 16 - Tola Ayoola - 'Multiticity'

I first met Tola when we were both involved with the Civil Service talent schemes, where she was the Head of the ethnic minority talent scheme (known as META).

Her sense of humour, passion and our shared love of candid conversations meant that she rapidly became one of my favourite clients!

She is now doing great work as the Head of Leadership and Capability at the Greater London Authority (GLA).

It was so great to re-connect and find out more about her upbringing on a London council estate, her sporting career, and how her passion for social justice and giving back has influenced her career.
