A reversal of roles this week, as my good friend Jen Kidby interviews me!
To coincide with the publication of my new book ‘The Inclusive Team: How to Build and Develop Inclusive High Performing Teams’ I thought it would be fun to have the tables turned and to share a little more about my secret resume.
Jen is a brilliant coach and facilitator, and we haven’t let the fact she now lives in Canada get in the way of our 20 year long friendship. She was my first choice to take on the interviewer role, and I’m so glad she said ‘yes’!

Episode 21 - Emmanuel Gobillot - 'Words and Pictures Make Your World'
I was so excited when my guest this week said ‘yes’ to coming on the podcast. It’s not every day that you have a sought-after leadership speaker and author of multiple leadership books agree to sit down and have a chat with you!
Emmanuel Gobillot is described as ‘the first leadership guru for the digital generation’ and ‘the freshest voice in leadership today’. He has advised organisations across the globe for over 20 years, and his consulting work includes developing leaders, establishing teams, and changing cultures – all of which has been based on his mantra – ‘there must be a better way and together we can find it’.
I first met Emmanuel almost 20 years ago, and it was an absolute joy to learn more about him – including how his desire to entertain at school led to him being forced to wear a donkey’s hat, his teenage desire to sign a world peace treaty, how he learnt to debate at St Andrew’s university, that he is terrified before he goes on stage (and he speaks on some pretty big stages!) and why he wrote his latest book ‘This is Not a Leadership Book’.
This is truly one not to miss!

Episode 22 - Nadia Nagamootoo - 'The Smallest of Cogs Can Make a Big Difference'

Nadia is a Chartered Psychologist, MBA and accredited coach with 20 years’ experience in the field of systemic culture change, leadership development and organisational strategy. She has worked globally to provoke powerful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) conversations at all organisational levels and develop sustainable inclusive leadership practices.

We’ll also hear from Afolabi, who connects to his identity to find his voice to challenge societal norms, and Anjali, who beautifully sums up the importance of being loved for who we truly are.
